Freezer Trawlers
HB Grandi’s five freezer trawlers are large, well-equipped vessels that catch and process redfish, saithe, cod, haddock, and Greenland halibut. The catch is processed as soon as it comes on board and is either whole-frozen or filleted, interleaved or IQF, and finally packaged to suit buyers’ requirements. The result is outstanding seafood from the clean waters of Iceland.
