EMPLOYMENT TERMS

HB Grandi is a reliable employer that complies at all times with collective wage agreements and the statutory rights of its employees. The wages and employment terms of the employees of HB Grandi are in accordance with collective wage agreements. In cases where collective wage agreements do not provide for the wage terms of employees, their wage terms take account of the nature of the work, workload, ability and achievements of the employee in question.
